Our process overview of fasteners
Our process is rigorous, with each step carefully designed and strictly executed. First, we carry out mould development to ensure that there is an accurate mould for each product. Once the mould has been created, we begin to manufacture according to the mould. Next, we machine and treat the product using processes such as cold heading, bench drilling machines, horizontal lathes, thread rolling and heat treatment. Each step requires strict quality control to ensure the accuracy and quality of the product. Finally, we carry out test trials to ensure that the products meet customers' requirements and standards. Only after passing the test trials, we will send out the finished products. Our processing is not only efficient, but also reliable in quality, providing customers with quality products and services.
