1.Q:Do you have a company catalog?
A: If you need a catalog, please leave your email and we will send you a catalog within 2 hours.
2.Q:Can I place some sample orders first?
A:Of course, we think that sample orders are a great way to start working together. All our samples are free of charge, but we can only send samples weighing less than 1 kilogram. You only need to pay for the express delivery.
3.Q: Can you accept my own logo or design on the merchandise?
A: Sure, no problem.
4.Q: What is the delivery time in general?
A: For samples, it takes 4 days. Delivery time for other orders depends on the quantity of your order, our factory produces 200 tons of standard fasteners per month.
5.Q:What are your payment terms?
A: Our payment method is 30% upfront by wire transfer and then 70% of the balance before shipment. Otherwise we can also offer letters of credit and payment methods, for more details we can be contacted by email.
6.Q: Can I trust you?
A: Of course, we are a Chinese manufacturer for almost thirty years and a supplier to "Made in China" who has a very strict and careful certification system to ensure that we are a true manufacturing company.
7.Q: Can I come to China and visit your factory?
A:Of course, you are always welcome to visit our factory. Before coming, please contact us to let us know your schedule and we will preferably pick you up from the airport or train station.
8.What type of shipment will you use?
We usually ship by courier to your door or by air to your nearest airport. For larger orders, we may ship by sea.
